NON TRANSFERABLE & NO REFUNDS
Pass sales are nonrefundable and may not be transferred to another person. You must wear your wristband for the duration of the event; please do not remove it; if a wristband is lost, it cannot be replaced.
Tickets are nonrefundable if ticket protection was not purchased.

DAILY EVENT PASSES
Please note that daily event passes can only be collected on the same day they are valid for. For instance, a Saturday Event Pass cannot be obtained at Will Call on Friday.

Tickets for games at Highland High School can be purchased HERE.
Due to strict capacity restrictions at Highland High School, tickets are sold separately for these games.

Note for Participating Athletes: Athletes wishing to attend games at Highland High School may purchase discounted tickets onsite at Highland High School.

Please Note: Purchasing a tournament pass does not include admission to Hoophall West games at Highland High School, and vice versa. A pass for games at Highland High School does not grant entry to games at other tournament venues.

Terms of Agreement for Ticket Purchases

All Sales Are Final: Pass sales are nonrefundable and nontransferable, regardless of whether the passes are used.
Ticket Protection: Refunds are only available if ticket protection was purchased at the time of sale.

Wristband Policy: All wristbands must be worn on the RIGHT wrist for the duration of the event. Wristbands that are lost or removed will not be replaced under any circumstances.

Charge Disputes: By completing this purchase, you agree to waive your right to dispute any charges associated with this transaction.
