NON TRANSFERABLE & NO REFUNDS
Pass sales are nonrefundable and may not be transferred to another person. You must wear your wristband for the duration of the event; please do not remove it; if a wristband is lost, it cannot be replaced.
Tickets are nonrefundable if ticket protection was not purchased.

Please note that daily event passes can only be collected on the same day they are valid for. For instance, a Saturday Event Pass cannot be obtained at Will Call on Friday.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Please be aware that all pass sales are final and cannot be refunded or transferred to another person. Additionally, it is required that all wristbands purchased for yourself and others be worn on the RIGHT wrist for the entirety of the event. Please note that lost wristbands cannot be replaced. Tickets are nonrefundable unless ticket protection was purchased.
