You can get an event pass for the entire duration of the event, from December 18 to December 21, 2024.

WILL CALL LOCATION & TIMES
Tuesday, December 17: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Arizona Grand Resort, Conference Center: Palm 3AB
Wednesday, December 18: 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM at each playing venue.
Thursday, December 19: 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM at each playing venue.
Friday, December 20 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM at each playing venue.
Saturday, December 21: 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM at each playing venue.

NON TRANSFERABLE & NO REFUNDS
Pass sales are nonrefundable and may not be transferred to another person. You must wear your wristband on your RIGHT wrist for the duration of the event; please do not remove it; if a wristband is lost or removed, it cannot be replaced.

Tickets are nonrefundable if ticket protection was not purchased.

DAILY EVENT PASSES
Please note that daily event passes can only be collected on the same day they are valid for. For instance, a Thursday Event Pass cannot be obtained at Will Call on Wednesday, and a Friday Event Pass cannot be collected on Thursday.

All Sales Are Final: Pass sales are nonrefundable and nontransferable, regardless of whether the passes are used.
Ticket Protection: Refunds are only available if ticket protection was purchased at the time of sale.

Wristband Policy: All wristbands must be worn on the RIGHT wrist for the duration of the event. Wristbands that are lost or removed will not be replaced under any circumstances.

Charge Disputes: By completing this purchase, you agree to waive your right to dispute any charges associated with this transaction.
